WHAT'S ON YOUR AGENDA TODAY?

Learning involves risks: admitting what you don’t know, trying new things,
looking at mistakes so you can learn from them.No wonder a lot of people don’t want to do it.

I specialise in creating the psychologically safe spaces people need in order to learn and make change happen in the workplace. I also enable others to create those psychologically safe spaces so that they can work in partnership with customers and service users, deliver training, develop and share practice, learn from failure, innovate and collaborate within and across teams.

I facilitate Transformational Meetings, mentor training, action learning, practice development, project workshops and event Q&As. I also use story to enable people to understand the journey of their organisation, their customers, their stakeholders – and to imagine the future they want.

Learning isn’t something we pour into people, it’s something we do naturally when the environment is right. Whatever your challenge, I bring the HOW of learning so that individuals can share and act on their subject expertise, taking learning and continuous improvement out of the training room and into everyday working life.

When I don’t know something, I like to work with really talented people.
